Most joke about this saying things like, how does turning down the music make you see better, and we all laugh. <\/b><\/p>\n
But herein lies the truth, it actually helps you focus on the task at hand, you concentrate better with less distractions! Your brain knows this so it sends out a signal to turn the distraction down, I need to focus on solving the problem of finding this address. We’ve all heard or used the expression, “it’s so loud I can’t hear myself think”!<\/b><\/p>\n
Now think about this, how often do you really get a chance to focus, to think with no distractions in the background? For the vast majority of us, hardly ever! This is a main reason why your dreams and aspirations go unfulfilled, this is why you look for outer forces to solve your problems and fulfill your dreams! <\/b><\/p>\n
But you’ll say to yourself I don’t have the time to just sit and think, I’m being pulled every which way all day, with home duties, kids (if you have them) work, etc. and all these are valid distractions. <\/b><\/p>\n
So here’s a solution that most of us can utilize everyday. <\/b><\/p>\n
Turn your radio off while you’re driving to and from work! It’s that simple, turn it off and think with no extra distractions. No bad music in the background, no annoying host or commercial, just drive and use your brain to think. <\/b><\/p>\n
When you’re listening to something you are absorbing, when you’re thinking you’re broadcasting, you’re sending creative forces into the universe, and the universe will always reciprocate! The universe will always send the information you seek back to you! <\/b><\/p>\n
If you have a problem, ask “how can I solve this problem?”, then think about how to solve it! You may not get the answer right away but it will come to you. <\/b><\/p>\n
